I think what Brizz is getting at is that just about anybody that knew even remotely about the event could have said this. He can list details about what will be there (things which would pretty much be at ANY showing of UT2k7 aside from the uber secret). However I find it strange that a date and place wasn't posted as well. Now I doubt that he just made all this stuff up, I don't think he's a liar. However, I can see how he could blow things out of proportion.

I know Brizz isn't calling him a liar, but I don't know if Catzenjaeger knows that. He's obviously using a German to English web translator to try and talk to us. I think he's trying to say he got his info directly from Midway's office in Germany. I'd just give him the benefit of the doubt and wait and see when the press conference happens to see if it adds up. Midway's German office could be wrong for all we know.

The big surprise is that they included a bonus gametype........XMP!!!!!!!!

Anything from adding a new gametype or weapons will probably show up in the new info area, I think the big surpise will be somthing like a name change, demo, release date, or xbox360 version. Anything that really has nothing to do with things that are actually in the game.

Why whats wrong with UT2008, does it look out of place? I think UT2008 would fit right in after it settles in our heads, It only sounds displaced because its already named UT2007.

To me I'd be happier though if they changed it to UT3.

The Super Secret Announcement is going to be UT is going to be made into a major motion picture staring “The Rock” as Malcolm.
