Desperado2 and AngelMapper for the win.

Those 2 authors are the best in the community for various reasons. Mainly because they try and do different things like there own themes and adding a little extra to a map like in DM-Reconstruct.

IMO the best user maps are by basically unknowns.

I liked all the UT99 reakes, and a few others.

While many beautiful maps were released for this game, most of them played very poorly.
Including one metioned here.It has mad accolades, and is a fantastically beautiful and innovative map.Yet it plays like ****, and you never see it online anywhere.

So if you ask who's the best? I'd say Epic considering their maps are the best IMO OVERALL.
