    I Been testing materials to EU EU4 3 and he has no evil - at games like most effect I would like to continue testing UE3 in futuristas maps xD

                        Looking a bit some changes in light and shadow is looks different to what was UT3 base, the quality problem is on the map based not on the UT3 mod, pleasing result even with the bright atmosphere

                          I'm a super noob in the unreal editor so I can't really says if this is good or not but it does look good. Can't wait to see some levels.

                            If a good lighting is knowing how to work the dynamic light modulated and materials with specular power similar results are achieved as seen in Fallout 4 - frostbite 2 or 3 I'm not very expert either, but as I experienced I will finding new features is not as UDK but I have some ideas that would be great for UT3. It takes time
