Translocator Arena?

Does anyone know of a mutator or mod that could give me the option of running a Translocator only server? I think this would be a fun idea to try out.. I need a way to replace all weapons with the translocator. Any ideas?

The stock Arena mutator features that.

You would need to modify the config (or change it in WebAdmin if you are running a LAN or online game).

I will be setting up an online server for this. So which configuration would I change this in ( translocator ini, engine, game, or webadmin.ini ) ?

UTGame.ini. Create that section if it doesn't exist.


I quickly checked WebAdmin. The WebAdmin Arena configurartion page doesn't list the Translocator.

Nope that didn't work. So, for the time being, I installed Elite machines XV, installed dfb_translocator and changed the weapon replacements to all Elite Trans giving the user that as the standard and dfb as an alternate. Still playing around with it : )

Arena works for me with only having the Translocator. Have you added the mutator "Arena"/"UTMutator_Arena" (Class: UTGame.UTMutator_Arena)?

I added what you told me earlier to do, but I'm not certain what else I needed to do. But, either way, I figured out a great solution. I have the pro translocator turned on and Rumple's R_T Sticky Translocator also. You can switch between the two easily enough in the game and translocate away..
