WIP CTF-GauntletClassic-UT99 port from UT99 and UT2k4 for UT3

Remember my port of CTF-GauntletClassic-UT99 for UT2k4? It's in progress for UT3!

It will be named CTF-IronGauntlet.

In the Red Flag base!

The map will be coming to UT3 just have patience.

Got some bad news folks. My installation of UT3 has been crashing and so does the Editor too. This map will be held off til I'm able to get the game running without any issues. Sorry guys
