Dynamic Depth Of Field

I recently stumbled upon this Fallout3 mod
and since UT3s depthview is pretty blurry
on my small monitor thought it could be a
interesting mod idea! Only i up now couldnt
even test it - may also cause weird results.

P.S.: If you dont like UT3s depth
effect try turning on hq bloom only.
