    Mutator: Star Trek Phaser Replaces Enforcer Weapon
    Primary Fire: Phaser Kill (Kills opponent. Death animation should be similar to bio rifle vaporize except color is orange-red instead of green)
    Alt Fire: Phaser Stun (Ragdolls opponent)
    Optional 2nd Mutator: Phaser Frag (similar to instagib but everyone has phasers only and all weapons are removed from the map. Difference is phasers cause gib)
    Weapon Effect: The closest thing already in the game is the effect for the Shock Rifle Primary Fire, except it should be orange-red instead of purple and would have to have a sustained beam for holding down the fire button. Or we you can make it from scratch if you think it will be better.

    I have multiple models in 3DS Max with different poly sizes for this Star Trek Phaser. I doubt any custom weapon creators are going to want to help. So if someone could please direct me in the right direction to learn how to do this myself I would appreciate it. I would need detailed tutorials as I don't have any knowledge on it. I need to texture the model I think, since the textured one is too many polys for the game I have to use one of the lower poly models and doesn't look like they are textured. Then I need to do what has to be done in 3DS Max to have it ready to export to Unreal Editor. I also need to know how to set it up in the hand for first person view (rigging?) and also a tutorial for weapon effects (particle?). Thanks any help, links, tips, or anything is much appreciated.
