A couple mutator requests

Hello, I've been looking for a simple mutator that makes it so you start with all stock weapons, or even allow you to select which weapons to start with (Like the WoRM: Extra Gear mutator on UT2004). Unless someone has already made one? I've been looking all over. Also, I'm looking for another mutator like the xcamper Mutator on UT2004, basically giving you control over different movement speeds (I.E, water speed, jump height, fall damage values, etc. and health regeneration while crouching). Anyone know where I could find these or could they make them?

I guess it isn't THAT simple, now is it? ...Gah I still need to learn how to make my own stuff.

BattleMod has a lot of the functions you mention. Nico De Vries provides source, so you should be able to add the rest of your functions efficiently.
