Hi all, just wondering if anyone could create a sniper rifle mod where the bullets bounce off walls (inspired from watching the "Top-10 Halo 3 Snipes" clip on Youtube). Reckon we'd be able to score some sweet shots using such a weapon...but unfortunately I can't code so I can't do it myself ;/

It's not a terribly hard thing to do but given that UT3 gameplay speed is so much faster than Halo is like comparing water to molasses and since I've made a weapon that did just that for 2k4 I can tell you that it'll pretty much come down to spamming it in hope that the reflecting trace will hit.
If you can find someone who can code but still needs help with figuring out how to do I'll be glad to pass along the information you need but I have enough to do that I won't do it myself especially since I think it's a bad idea.
Also, your sig describes a logical paradox, not a time paradox. -
Fixed sig. (whoops! didn't notice that ;p) Mmm yeah I suppose you have a point. Although, if the rifle was made to instagib I think it could see a lot more use. Anyway, yeah, I don't know any modders myself, so unless anyone else is interested I probably won't pursue the matter. Just thought it'd be kinda fun to use :SComment
