[Request] Starting Weapon Mutator

Okay either I'm an idiot or blind, but I don't see any options to change starting weapons. I mean when you spawn you only have that Melee and Pistol weapons in DM. Can anyone make a simple Mutator that can change starting weapons when you respawn?

with the 2.0 patch they added a feature that lets you start with near by locker weapons

Um, you could use the weapon replacement mutator to replace the enforcer and impact hammer.
