So my level plays kinda chuggy when playing it from the editor. Is this how its going to play once published? Or does Publishing it compress and optimize things?

Yes please.
Anyway, the editor loads a lot more than the game does because it has to load a lot of packages, whereas a map loads specific ones.
Also, considering when playing in the editor you are effectively running 2 instances of ut3 so yeah, its chuggy in the editor.Comment
