Attack the Wack Map Snack Pack

just wondering if the community would be interested in a map pack centered on surrealistic/psychedelic/dreamlike worlds AND if there are any map makers out there who would be interested in making maps for the pack.

there are many other suitable entries but I won't name all the ones I know because if you want a psychedlic map pack, I want you to decide which should go in.

any stock gametypes are welcome, others are negotiable. it doesn't have to be stereotypical or cliche fantasy settings, it just has to be amazing in concepts and visuals (but you musn't forget the gameplay). custom content is welcome be definitely not required given what i showed you could do with no custom content in holywar. i think the pack should have at least one of those tiny people levels (where you are in a house or something, fighting on the scale of insects).

I'll do it. I love this sort of map, and I'd be down with making one. I'm a new mapper, so expect to see some BSP. I like my BSP still, I'm just learning a decent modeling program.

i think someone with really good modeling skills should do a yellow submarine themed level or fantastic planet or maybe an alice in wonderland... total conversion? i'm not even thinking of deadlines right now but generally aiming in the phase 3 deadline direction seems like a good amount of time (actually that's plenty for some of the other map makers here but i make large maps and i make them slowly)

i think this pack really demands diversity more than anything.

i played a really early version of HighTree or whatever it was originally called. it certainly fit the description but i didn't know you ever got the bots working. i'll have to check out the newer versions.

Yep, took awhile to fix up few placements and such, and ofcourse bot pathing, but all in all, its basically the same as hightree. Only a few changes include houseing the main "Objects".

This is a nice idea spacedemonebu. CTF-ArahanCrown...whooo . Love this psychotropic look. Holywar and PsychoTropix are also very coloristic!
Actually I'm thinking about a small but high detailed 2-3 node WAR map. I want to use as much GOW content as possible (mapsize limited...). The basic look should be a colorful theme. Bright blue sky. Some lost foreign buildings with wild vegetable wax and spiry stair corners around. An alley, green daisied gras...

My first map "Cube Madness" is a bit sureallistic. brisingre suggested submitting it to your pack. It's a very simple, small map, but it's fun to play, so you can use it if you like.
