    Crysis (or Crysis-like) Environment Assets

    I was wondering if there are any environment assets out there that are similar to those of Crysis, or ported from Crysis? The jungle/forest/island like environment of Crysis is really something nice, and I think it could be done to look just as nice (if not very close) in UT3.

    If anyone has anything like this, it would be greatly appreciated. Basically looking for the meshes & textures etc.

    Not looking to make some Crysis clone, just a map of the similar style.

      I plan to release the .ASE files for import into UT3 along with the UV Texture Maps, but not until the map is done. I really liked the Jungle-Like island environments from Crysis, so I made some tropical tree meshes and will probably make some ferns and bushes, maybe a few extra rock meshes. Don't know how many assets I will have by the time the mod is done as I am also trying to consider framerates and map file size.

        Has anybody tried using PhysX joints or rope physics to make bendable foliage? I've seen joints with breaking thresholds that can be broken with gunfire and bent by walking into them in the Ageia tutorial maps, so I know it can be done. As for the lighting and shadowing, there are some tricks to give things a softer (similar to SSAO) look, but shadowing would require some workarounds.
