incendiary portable mortar weapon replacement

maybe someone could make this weapon it would be great to bomb bases and anything that moved with a incendiary \ smoke \ poison gas \ he mortars......to use the weapon you have to set the mini bipod up as in real life anywere on a map but once the weapon is positioned for fireing the weapon user would be stuck in that possition till you collaped the bipod makeing you vunrable to enemy fire while discharging the mortar rounds.
the reload animations would include a hand droping in the mortars for a nice touch but its not a auto reload you have to press the triangle button on the ps3 version or another button on the pc keyboard to force the reload giveing it a more authentic feel the mortar could come along with different rounds as standard you just scroll the weapon select wheel to chose what sort of mortars you want to use..the arc of fire is simply determined by scrolling either the right or left sticks on the ps3 controller or the middle mouse button for the pc

This would be good in a map maybe, sort of as a stationary defensive device in warfare. Firing could be controlled with Kismet. I don't think it would be good as a weapon that could be carried around, unless it was part of a weapon set that was meant to slow down the pace a bit. Staying stationary in UT is usually not a great idea and this would require you to hold still to set it up, etc.

Still, like I said, putting it as a stationary defensive measure in warfare would be a pretty cool feature on a map.

yes i agree to the some of the points you made about makeing you vunrable but thats the whole point it turns the game into a more tactical thing rather than the run and gun we have now and it would slow down the pace a bit ..besides id also like to see this weapon mounted on the hellbender instead of that lazer cannon giveing the game a faster artillery vehicle turning into a mobile mortar carrier.. anyway thanks for the replie balloons good points you made....
