Any Halo or Gears mods?

If you want to play Gears Of War, go buy it. Remaking and reinventing old classic games as mods for new games is looked on as nostalgia, but even then they hardly ever get finished and quite often get C&D letters. However, ripping content from a recent game to try to recreate it completely for another game so that people can play it for free is blatent copyright infringement and practically piracy. Such projects won't get finished, such projects won't be legal and such projects won't be anywhere near as good as the original games. Just go and buy the games if you want to play them.

Actually it would be possible for a Halo mod to be made as long as the content isnt' directly taken from either halo game (remember that there is a halo mod for UT2004).
