[Idea/Concept] Boast for hoverboard

Pretty much a mut that allows the hoverboard to get a Scorpion style boast.

hm, better than that vehicle-linking... but i think the best movement solution was a sprint movement, it is more the UT3 style, someone said this and i already had a project for this, but it's a piece of a gametype mod not a single mutator... i just unliked that hoverboard anyway... not the idea but the working, it is best to cut out what isn't working nice, or to fix the gameplay...

I know, its more just to be able to fool around with, not to be taken seriously with, thought of it on VCTF-Containment, where you COULD get to that Raptor tunnel without the raptor if the hoverboard had a boast feature.
