How do I import a custom model?

I want to not only import my model into UT3 Editor, but where do go you see it in 3D and how do you place it in your map.
I have look at all the video that came with UT3 and there is not much on it.
I cant find much on youtube eather. Can some one help me with this.

After trying for two days I could not figure it out UT3 Editor.
I then tried UDK, after 5min I figured out how to import to UDK.
So I will use that UDK insted.

It depends which format you have. UT3 cannot import FBX. You must have something different like ASE or OBJ. You import a model in the generic browser by selecting "File -> Import". After that, the process is quite the same like in UDK.

        Thanks again RattleSN4K3
I exported it from 3dsmax as ASE files, and textures as TGA files.
        All is well now,
