I'm migrating to Windows 7 64 and all seemingly was fine, until I started copying maps that I'd downloaded previously. Now I get this error:
"failed to find default engine .ini file to retrieve My Documents subdirectory to use."
This only comes up when I use the Unpublished launch to test my personal maps. I get the splash screen, then the black screen, but the legal mumbo jumbo screen never comes up. The regular UT3 doesn't do anything at all, not even try to launch. Not sure where to start looking for this problem. Of course, trying to avoid re-installing as it took FOREVER. Thanks.
P.S. Curiously, I can still launch, use and play my levels in the editor window no problems.
P.P.S. Rebooted W7 and now I can play UT3, but the unpublished deal still doesn't work. This is my path in the shortcut: << "C:\Program Files (x86)\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries\UT3.exe" unpublished >>
I'm assuming this hasn't changed in Windows 7. As I keep trying to launch the unpublished deal, I found that if I hit ESC, during the black screen it makes the legal info come up then it crashes.
