    If you're looking for real-time tracking, you can play with UDKOSC; it can track positional data in real-time over UDP (using Open Sound Control). Easy to write this to a log as well.

    read the descriptions in the ini files, which also show up at the bottom of the mutator selection page for the highlighted mutator when playing ut3 in instant action or setting up host from game. This tells you how to use the mutators. Additional info of how to use the camera mutator (use the mutators one at a time) can be gleaned from its .u file (source not stripped.) once you have used both mutators your files may be acquired from the output folders, but they are pretty much just plain-text logs and bitmaps without using a separate exe which the author did not seem to include with the mod on download sites (last info is available in the release threads on web forums.)
