    The redeemer and invisibility powerup spawn later. How to change this?

    Hello,

    these are my first steps with the Unreal Editor.

    When I add a reedemer weapon pickup on a map, the redeemer doesn't like to appear once the game has started, but rather after about a minute, or maybe 30 seconds. How so?

    The same for the invisibility powerup and maybe a few others. Thsi behavior seems to be different from other weapons - which appear immediately.

    How to change this? Haven't found anything in the attributes.

    Does the script have to be changed, and so, how? What's the simplest way to simple have the reedemer available right away.

    You need to do this in script. A good intro to this sort of thing is at 3Dbuzz. Override Default Properties You have to login to watch.

    But you'll need to start by downloading the script source and looking for the one that controls what your after.

    Then its just extend the class with the new edit you want and compile.
