Milkshape 3d - exporting an ASE with both materials intact?

I made a telephone pole in milkshape 3d - but when I export it to an ASE file for UT3, it loses the 2nd material that I assigned in the modeling program. The 2nd material is not there when I import into UT3. What's the deal?

Well I am not totally sure how milkshape works but.......
When you export make sure you're using targa's in the materials. Using the default blinn shaders wont work. Least thats how it works with 3Dstudio max.
