    custom character flot in mid air wiht no anims

    Have made UDK custom character and rigged bones but it floats in midair with no anims, what am i doing wrong?
    i used the default male skeleton provided on the udn and rigged it to my custom character (cloud from ff7) but when i import the model and use it as my character it just floats in midair on it's back and bobs up and down as i walk/

    Ok this Question should be in the UDK forum I think.

      well, since the importing process is the same for udk and ut3 i posted it here, more people model for ut3 than udk

        have you set the properties z=-51 and the yaw to -90

          And U'd need to specify the default anims on your UTfamilyinfo file.

            aaaah the properties thing helped, but my anims are specified. I think it's a rigging issue with those though. thanks guys
