Map stingers don't work in UTMusic properties

don't ask me why, but you have to enter a value to the line tempo, for example, you can put tempo = 120 on your "UT Map Music".

I made a new UT music in my map's package, and in that I put map stingers for flag score increase sound and decrease sound. But these sounds don't play when I cap the flag. Howcome?
