How do you display the dimensions of a BSP created object in units?

Is this even possible? I already know about the little red ruler thing that shows up with the middle mouse button.

I don't think there is a way for a brush that has already been created. If you press and hold your middle mouse button (assuming it's assigned to the "middle mouse button" in your mouse properties), you can use the ruler to measure how big it is.

I think you can retrieve this information by selecting the brush, and copying from UED to notepad.
