Making a Matinee / Cutscene Skippable?

Couldn't find this anywhere. I've got a long cutscene at the beginning of my level and it would be really great if I could make it skippable via a key press for players who are impatient or have seen it before...like me when I'm testing...

    I did see this...
    bIsSkippable
Lets you skip the matinee with the CANCELMATINEE exec command. Triggers all events to the end along the way.
But I'm not sure exactly how to use that, or if it can be skipped with a key...

    Thanks for any help.

So I can see that with that checked you can hit tab and type CANCELMATINEE in to skip it.

Anyway to map it to a key?

It's easy, just go in matinee, right click, event, input, key/button pressed, inside it's propreties click on more, and choose the button that you want. Then connect the "pressed" link to the "stop" link of matinee.
      This should do

There was a reason I couldn't use that...but god if I remember what it was since that question was posed THREE YEARS AGO.

        Talk about thread necro...
