    PS3 cooking problem

Using the Unreal Frontend everything appears to work correctly. But when I look for the Userjam.dat that is supposed to be created it isn't there. It will even ask me where I want to put it. The only alterations I've made were I changed hard drives in the computer and I started using user-generated textures. Any ideas on what might be the issue?

Nevermind...the game changed file locations on me. It was putting the userjam.dat just on the root of my drives. But now it's putting it in the F:\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS30086-MODIMPORT\ folder.

It looks like you have the original set of unrealfrontend. (There where 2 sets) Look for the second (newer set). It eliminates the F:\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS30086-MODIMPORT\ stuff completely. F:\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS30086-MODIMPORT\ doesn't work on the PS3 anymore anyways. Everything gets read directly off the USB device, no folders required.

So does this mean I just put the user jam file in a zip now? no other folders? Or must I have a new folder setup with the new tools?

You don't need a new folder setup and don't put it in a zip file.
Version 2 of unrealfrontend you can put the userdata.jam file directly on the USB device. The PS3 was updated a while back as well so that the PS3 could read stuff directly from the USB device.

          ex:
          f:/userdata.jam
          j:/userdata.jam

If the Tools have the option to select locale / are creating the file structure, could it be that Duk3 has the older version of the tools? Or was I barking up the wrong tree on his Venician Rush threads?
