Converting .UT3 to .JAM for PS3

I have a map cooked (.ut3) for the PS3 and would like to convert it to a .JAM file. How would I go about this?

Thanks. It was working OK all along. Just put the JAM in an out of the way location. Too many similar tutorials causes confusion for me..
