Hello, I'm having an issue with a map I am working on: strange splotchy blackness on some of my meshes after build.

I've checked all of my lights(skylight, directional) for the proper settings and they appear to be fine. I've also checked the meshes to make sure they are being lit on the correct channels also. I am only getting these black splotches on the tree trunk meshes in my map. I have many speedtrees in this map also but they are fine.
I've deleted all reference shaders and that didnt seem to help either. Anyone have a clue what might be causing this?
