Custom Characters arnt moving any more

Some of my custom characters dont have any animations any more like, spartan, samus, and the rodents. I had to reinstall my game for some reason but saved the files and put them all back. Does anyone know why this might be happening\

Did you save the UTCustomChars.ini too?

Did you apply the patches after you reinstalled? You need patch 1.2 to allow character with custom anims.
