animations are pretty essntial in Ut3 but really arent that hard to make ... well at least in MAX which is what i used to make my custom gun ...

If your getting an error. You have to triangle the mesh. Make sure it triangle that support 3 vertex point not four vertex point. That should work.

If you get another error. Don't forget you have to put weight into your mesh for the bone. Either you paint them or assign the vertex point.
