    particle collision trigger event?

    Is it possible to have a particle trigger a kismet event when it collides with an object? ive created an unmanned turret that i would like to be able to fire at targets when activated, i have a particle system which i would like to be able to activate a cause damage action in kismet when it hits something.

    Any ideas???

    You could use Kismet to spawn a projectile at the end of the gun to shoot the target then it really would cause damage.

      problem is that in order to spawn a projectile you need to provide two vectors so would only really work for one given position. whereas a particle system you can aim and move with the turret. It would work if i could get the vector position of objects but i dont know how

        KActors? I downloaded an AgeiaPhysX tutorial map pack (came with about 10 maps), and one of them had particle-leaves the could be blown around and had collision.
