    Warfare Question

    I got a quick question. I placed a countdown node in my level and hopefully got the kismet right to spawn a Goliath if a team controls the node.

    Problem is once the countdown is complete nothing happens I think I know why. The Goliath it self has no association to the countdown node. In the vehicle properties under ONSObjectiveOverride it says None. I can't seem to get that to work it just stays at None, how do I associate the Goliath to the countdown node so that the Kismet works?

    I tried using the green arrow to the right of ONSObjectiveOverride no luck with that...

    Your best bet is to copy the Kismet from WAR-Serenity and change the Leviathan to a Goliath.

      That is the easy way out... but I figured out most of the Kismet and just need to know how to do this one small step...

      Learning is better than copying and pasting. I am sure some of the other people that have made Warfare maps know the answer to this.

        Looking at the way Serenity is set up two Levaithans are on top of each other and the ONSObjectiveOverride is used to specify if they are for the red team or the blue team and disabled so they can be controlled by Kismet.

        So the information in the ONSObjectiveOverride slot is the red core and the blue core and not the node.

        A vehicle factory should associate its self to the nearest node when you build the paths. But the vehicle will spawn as soon as the node is built and not after the 60 seconds. So it has to be controlled by Kismet like in Serenity.
