    3d max, help with the skeleton

    I have no idea about how to use 3d max, the thing is i only know how to model at maya, but i don't know how to export properly at maya a skinned mesh. So i'm testing 3d max...

    THE PROBLEM:
    I have no ideia how to move the bones/joint at the UT3_female.max file. I need to reposition them but there is the IK preventing me to do so, what i need to do in order to reposition the joints??? 3d max interface is not very friendly... I tried to delete the IK, but after i did it the neutral pose wouldn't be the same as before...
