Where are the CTF Flags Found.

Hi, im just wondering if anyone knew where i could find the package for the CTF flags. Cos ive looking for them for ages and i cant locate them...........Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they are found somewhere under "navigation points", I aint got the editor on this computer so I can't check...
