    Character Weapon Socket Problem

    So I am using maya and I've followed and used CannedMushroom's tutorial on importing a character from maya into UT3. I've gotten the character in and everything but when I go to play as my character the weapon placement is completely messed up. The weapon sockets are correctly done and it looks like it's correct in UnrealEd but in game the weapon sits real close to the waist. The arms and hands position themselves like their holding a weapon but the weapon just sits below.

    Just take a look at the in game shot below to see what I am talking about. The enforcer is placed in the wrong area and I don't know why.
