    Exporting from Maya, problems...

    Has anyone exported properly a skinned mesh from Maya?? I tried using a exported skeleton from Max to fbx but it didn't worked well when i tried to import at unreal ed. When i asked to play some animations the model stays at a wrong plane, doesn't matter if i use the special import option for maya.

    Sorry for my bad english...

    Ok to export a mesh from maya you need to use the other export command. Use the axmesh command in maya. This will bring up the proper settings to export from Maya into Unreal Ed.

      I tried axmesh and it seems to be used for static mesh... thx anyways...
