noobie editor question

it wont let me spawn when i create a map when i click play level from the build menu, but when i right click and choose play from here, it works. what is happening or what do i have to do? help

no and how? i was watching tutorials and the guy just started to play the level and he didnt show adding player starts so yea thats what i need so how and thx

You shouldnt actually need player starts, or ive done it with out them.

Have you 'built' the level? And then saved it as 'XX-LevelName' XX being game type, i.e. DM, TDM, VCTF, WAR?

yea i have done that and i tried it again and it said

Could not spawn player. Could not find a starting point.

to get a player start all you have to do is right click and pick add player start...
