    How to make flooding in level.

    Im just wondering if there is a way to make a level flood. (ie. door opens in underwater level and water pours in and floods room (s).

    I think that would be doable. You would most likely have to have partical emmiters for water linked to a kismet script. Which also moves a water volume up with a static mesh with a water texture that moves with it. As for doing it.. I am not entirely sure how to without making a mock up.

        you could start it off using Fluid emitters? quite processor intensive yes but would give a good result if you got it working right. I think to make Fluid you have to change the DataType to xFluid in Casacade.

          I've got a flood effect in my map, feel free to download my map (link is in my signature), open it with the editor and take a look at what I've done in Kismet (Entil'Zha made it for me).
