Light fog

Yep you have to use a mesh and apply a foggy material to it.
There are fog volumes, but they look really bad compared to a material being used, which is also then fully customizable.

easy, they dont actually use anything special really... its just a static mesh .

try looking through a few packages, or try making one yourself ave the knoledge / tools .
