How to start Unreal Editor 3

This may be a stupid question but where do I find it?I've searched all folders and It's nowhere.

It's not a stupid question...possibly an often (and recently) asked question, though:

Well I've done that and it gives an error when I edit it...

If you're editing a shortcut, make sure you put the 'editor' outside the parentheses of the Target.

You shoul dbe able to just start it from the Start Menu programs list too.
