Alright I remember doing this in UT2004, I have no idea what it was called and cannot remember how I did it. I was an extremely noob mapper and still am. I am working on a new map, I need to be able to adjust the corners on a box to a certain area, so it won't exactly be a box. I've tried rotating and I just cannot get the right angle so I need this tool. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about PLEASE help me.

Switch to top or any side view in wireframe mode. Then select brush you want to play with. Set grid to something more than 16. then CTRL+left mouse button drag to select verts (corners of box) and then drag them all.
Be careful not to make non flat bsp surface, if surface that you see 2 triangles instead of one square. Such (non flat) surfaces are source of BSP holes.
