    Mylevel, should I use it?

I import a lot of new textures into Unrealed. What is the benefit of saving them in the package MyLevel? Is it better than saving them in a package with a different name?

You don't use the MyLevel package anymore... Instead use the same name as the map. For example if you have a map: DM-Something.ut3 you would import to the package DM-Something.

With "MyLevel", you probably would say "MyMapName".
One of the benefit is to reduce the number of differents files to share when you want release your map.

If you rename the the map later on does it keep all the files correctly and not screw up.

Because when you start a map you don't always know the finish name so you make one up and start naming all your packages that name.

Yes, when you save the map under a new name, all the content within it will still be there and will be referenced correctly.
