I have a static mesh made from BSP

How do I go about enabling collision for it?

    #2
hmm... dunno. if its like any other static mesh, you should double click on it in the Generic Browser to open the Static Mesh editor, then click on collision on the bar accross the top.

then you should select a collision type... and keep trying til ur happy with te look of it.

also, i dont reccomend using BSP static meshes. they are very hardware lagging...

Well there's no other way for me to make this base, I don't make static meshes

Unless you wanna make this base for me lol

The collision options have no effect, and I can't select a new body setup either in the SM editor.

        hmm........ dunno.

sory, but im not able to make the mesh atm. im making a Warfare map made completely from custom content .

maybe after this huge project... wait: i heard somewhere you can make collisions based off bsp... il link you.

hope this helps you can find teh tutorials here

just ignore all the "exporting from 3ds max" bit and all that.

should have making collisions from BSP.

as i said, hope you find it useful
