Importing SM

I can't import ut2004 static meshes into ut3 is there a program out there to convert files so they can be compatible with ut3?

yeah I but at this time it doesn't any import static meshes or textures

Just put in a new map ONLY the static mesh you want, after, export the map to T3D with UnrealEd . . .
