    Actors (Lights) to snap on grid.

    When switching to Vertex Editing in the old editor all actors toggle dragged on grid.

    Is there a way to do this in new editor?

    Set the Advanced.bEdShouldSnap on any actors you want to snap, same as UT2004/UnrealEd3.

        Not for newly inserted actors, since that property follows the default settings for that specific actor. Some snap by default, some don't.
        However, if you Duplicate the actor it retains the properties of the original one, including the snap one.
        Alternately, you can insert a few of them, do a Select All (of that specific class) and set that property on them all at once.
