None of us know much about the older builds of the Unreal Engine so we can't port it. If some body else wants to port it they can.

To use it online you'll have to find a server with it enabled. To use it offline find the mutator options.
To install extract the UTGame folder to \Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3

Unless you use a PS3 in which case:

With the extracted USERDATA.JAM file copy them to a USB drive

On your PS3 with the game loaded go into "Community > Mod browser"

Press square [] and select your USB device

Your maps will be imported
