Are you saying that you renamed "RoughinerySetup.rar" (linked in the first post) to "DM-RoughineryV3.rar" and that TKBS just forgot to change the version number in his post?

Well, check TKBS last post date. Nearly analyzed the ReadMe file and it's a version 3.0 (05-Jul-2012). I think I getting a confusion here when this map is currently a version 2.0 he updated. The only difference is the file size and file name.

    Difference:
    Version 2: DM-Roughinery_v2.rar (37.2 MB)
    Version 3 (current): RoughinerySetup.rar [DM-RoughineryV3.rar] (38.7 MB)

If you need it or want to mirror it, it's still available on the Mapraider mirrors, 5th link down:

EDIT: Wait, I think that's version 2. Where did you get version 3 from? I don't see a v3 link (working or not) in the thread...

EDIT: The game-maps.org links are broken too, but they've just moved and I updated the Mapraider list for those as well. But again, those are for version 2.

    Fun remake with different material.

Great lighting and daylight skybox, but different theme in this version. Interesting UT2004-styled weapon/health bases, great job on the health pack design, and I'm familiar with the weapon/health signs. Great addition of flooded waters on the UDamage area and one additional powerup. Hmmm, there's a redeemer placement in this UT3 version but not in the original UT2004 one, appareantly the lift delay must have a correct timing. Bots are good with classic gameplay, indeed this map's gameplay is just like the original UT2004 one. In one plain bit, great additional mutator contents as the ReadMe file stated.

GameFront links of both PC and PS3 are down. Added to UT-Files.com (for PC) (fixed the RAR file name):
    http://ut3.ut-files.com/index.php?di...ughineryV3.rar

Accidentally deleted PS3 version through my computer, apologies.

    good map!

I thought the lift delay added an interesting element to the map, but I really didn't use it that much. The texture combos look good and like the original work. Not much to look at in general, but the map plays well; although, the bots seemed a bit on the easy side. I like the Udamage/dead end trade-off pickup and I played it 6on6 TDM and it was fun.

EDIT: just saw two UT2004 versions (stock and FE (framerate-optimized, fixed edition)) and both are a little brighter than this one with same gameplay. All 3 versions are good, even though I still prefer the UT2004 versions slightly.

Thanks for all the mirrors, zunnie and Skillz. BTW TKBS, your PS3 link is broken.

Also mirrored on Mapraider's three mirrors with a ton of additional screenshots:

Really a nice map. The delay from the Lift is too long. There should be no delay. You can jump with the Lift up to the Roof, this should not be possible. I miss the Jumpbad.

    - i think its only light enough to allow an acceptable balance between visibility and visual quality in the rendered shadows [at every level-low/ middle/high]
    - focus was just on making Custom versions of the original materials// HIGH FPS //learning to use 3ds max.
//- oh and making a sensible version of a really nice competitive map from UT.

    Many Thanks
