Solves the scaling problems I have with UT3. I wish this was something the remaining servers used.

Excellent! Much as I love the UT series one of the gripes I had with UT2K4 was the player size and while UT3 did address the issue the percentage change wasn’t enough imo.
This is a great mod that will probably pass by largely unrecognized much like Blossom and Q hit sounds both of which for me at least make an enormous difference to offline play.

When I have problems with mediafire, I just delete the cookies and cache. That normally does the trick, maybe that's why it's working now.
