SkaarjMaster repliedTo really appreciate UT3, everyone seriously needs to install all the CBPs and HOLPs! ....especially if you're already installing some custom maps.

SkaarjMaster repliedgreat atmosphere and z-axis!
Unbelievable atmosphere here with sky, sun, stars, planets, clouds, trees, water, indoor water pond, islands, birds, ambient sounds, and nice building details. Yes, it could use some Unreal music and isn't that a Nali up on that cross way over on top of the mountain? Nope, nevermind. The gameplay involves serious z-axis with a great possibility of falling if you get too close to the outside edge; the crazy jumps and lifts make for some interesting matches. I can't seem to make that one long jump back toward the top of the building for some reason, but I think I saw a bot make it at least once. The bots are tough in this one and, ah yes, I like the inclusion of the Nali healing fruit also. No, this map without blocking volumes is fine as I like flying around checking stuff out before I start. Besides, I had to verify there wasn't a Nali on that cross anyway.

This is one of them - absolutely superb!

MamiyaOtaru repliedSweet looking map, had to download and try. Plays very fun.
The sound has been mentioned: the redeemer gong is too quiet, and the ambient bird noise happens too often (and too regularly).
Layout wise my one complaint is that I cannot get up this ramp easily. It is possible to dodge up it, but must be done just right, and usually fails. Would be nice to have it a little shorter or something so one could doge up it during the flow of the game:

stevelois repliedI also thought the map didn't had music since I don't ear it (I didn't kept CBP3-Velocity).
Ho well, it's a must anyway

Blake1011 repliedI think the download links must be updated or something, cause I just downloaded and played PC versions link 1 and 2, and they both have background music as well. Pretty sure the musics from CBP3 vol 4 Enslaved

Not that this is such a big deal, I'm just curious. ^^

Odedge repliedWhat's the opposite of 3 strikes? 3 hits I guess. Out of the 3 DM maps you have made for UT 3, all of them are definite keepers!
I really like the overall look of the map and given it's relative "basic and symmetrical" layout, it's still fun to play. I think adding the redeemer works well. It's also fun to jump down from the top and land in the water (with out hitting something).
Sometimes the sounds are a bit loud (as I can't hear footsteps at times). You should also add blocking volumes around your map so people can't spectate out of the playable area (as it will reveal the map as a "movie set" of sorts, even though it is).
Great work and I hope to see another map from you some time in the future.
EDIT: Forgot to mention how the great the custom health pickups are. Nice to some that little bit of extra coolness in a map.

nELsOn repliedThanks for the feedback, guys! (Especially those walls of text!) I'm really glad you like the map. It's always rewarding to see people enjoy things I do because I love doing them. I might just take that motivation and make another Unreal-themed map. We'll see
And if I do, I'll try to make the birds shootable
Sry for kinda screwing up on the music part, though.
