    VCTF-42 Turgor

    Compatibility: patch 2.1, Titan Pack, PC and PS3 (thanks to euchreplayer23 for the PS3 cook)
    Description: A gloomy atmospheric map after the game 'Turgor' ('The Void') featuring cloudy Moscow sky and self-made Turgor-style music.
    Comments: Bots are present, but buggy. They tend to get stuck for no apparent reason and then commit suicide. I've tried to fix it, but alas - so "let it be". And somehow, the map seems to be more interesting in Greed then in VCTF.

                Hm... What's the sense in it? In comparison to the release candidate, I've blocked the spiral stairs for ground vehicles, altered bot paths (didn't help) and added some colour to the map.

                  Like the look of it textures eyecandy but with out with little bot support I will not download it.

                    Zerglings, bots are supported and they work most of the time but sometimes they just kill themselves.

                    I forgot to add that the map is up and running at Russian >--vobLA)> server: 195.234.110.170

                      I just gave this map a run... The screenshots don't do the map justice, there are alot of impressive and surprising effects all over this map, it's got a hell of a lot of atmosphere.

                      Though, I ran across a nasty bug where the enemy took my flag, I fragged them and returned it, but the flag never returned to it's base and I simply could not score.

                        I wonder where you found that bug? After numerous hours of testing offline and playing online I have never seen such a problem.

                            It was on my first run of the map, only had one bot opponent as I was just examining the map before really playing it... the enemy had run off with my flag while I was exploring, so I went and grabbed theirs too and got back to base. I sat up on a steep incline near my base and chipped away at the bot as it ran up the hill to me, killed him and grabbed my flag, it said 'red flag returned'. But when I went to score, there simply was no flag on the base.

                            I haven't had time to have a proper match yet, but hopefully it was just a one-in-a-million glitch.

                              Oh my... Have you actually looked at the top of the spiral staircase? The roots elevate the flag when the enemy flag is captured)))
